2011 Summer Camp Registration Procedures
Registration: Register after May 15
For those who register after May 15, there is an increase of registration fee
and tuition.
Those who sign up after May 15 will be accepted based on the
availability of seats.
The registrations procedures:
- Fill
out the application form (form for pre-K 3 - 4 or form for Chinese Bilingual for K5 & up)
- Read
and sign on the Rules & Regulations
and the Waiver forms
- Pay $
30 registration fee (non-refundable) or $40 for
family of two children and
add $5 for each additional child
from the same family.
- Bring
or mail/e-mail the completed application form, signed Rules and
Regulation form and Waiver form, along with the registration
fee to 10450 Medlock Bridge Rd. Suite 111, Johns Creek, GA 30097 during
our business hours Sunday to Friday (closed on Saturdays).
- Those
who wish to have their seats reserved need to pay a 5-day camp fee as a
deposit.
- The
first week’s tuition is due before 10:00 am on the first day of your
child’s attendance of our Summer camp.
晚注册: 五月十五以后注册者注册费及学费皆有增加，申请步骤如下
- 填写申请表 （可选5岁以下学前半日申请表或5岁以上小学生双语及艺术夏令营申请表）
- 仔细阅读本校规章表及责任豁免表并签名
- 交注册费 一个孩子$ 30, 两个孩子家庭费 $40，同一家庭每多一孩子加$5.00。注册费不退。
- 申请表填好后，请随注册费一起带到或邮寄至 Dr. Lang’s
Chinese Bilingual School, 地址：10450

Camp
- 第一星期学费在您孩子参加夏令营的第一天早10点以前必须交上。
