body life cycle”.

If you want to live – eat foods that are alive.
If you want to eliminate toxins from your body – don’t put toxins in the body and use
clean body cleansing water to remove them
If you want to make the food you eat do to your body that which it was intended to do –
Get plenty of rest and exercise daily and not sporadically.
Just a brisk 20 minute walk morning and evening greatly helps the body to use the daily nutrients that it receives.
