This is what it is all about!
I had one Evangelistic Crusade last year and out of 15 hopefuls, six were baptized. I preached 12 messages in Negros and I do not know if anyone was baptized out of those messages. I follow the Lord and preach to sow seeds and I do not know if they bear fruit, but I pray that they do, because the Bible says one sows and another waters and another reaps. I am sowing by the Lord's grace and I am thankful that He has been so kind to give me this gift to preach. I preach when I am asked to preach and I go wherever I am asked to go.
I gave a number of sermons in a church where the elders did not believe in the Sanctuary and the majority of the brethren did. My sermons turned some of them to the truth and I can only say that the Lord told me what to preach and His work was done.
I also counsel with some of the church members also, as in one case where a woman asked me if her and her husband should go to the United States or stay here in Negros, Philippines. She mentioned that if they went to the States they would probably have to work on the Sabbath. I asked her what was more important, a Heavenly Home or some big place on a planet that will be destroyed soon. She said the Heavenly home! Then we prayed for the Lord's direction on this and other issues. So far, they have stayed in Negros thinking it is better to live a modest living than to gain more and lose Eternal life.
I go where the Lord sends me and ask Him to lead me to people who are ready to hear the word in whatever way is best for them. So that is what I do. I preached a revival meeting in Santa Cruz, Philippines and the brethren were sad to see us go. They asked my wife if we could come back and do a Crusade for them sometime. They have no money but they want to have a Crusade so others can hear the truth before it is too late. That revival was in preparation for this upcoming crusade. Two other sisters from La Mesa asked me to please come and do a revival in their church so that they could invite others to hear the strong message. They will probably want a crusade in their city in the future as well.
I go to where the people are. They are too poor to come to some central location, except they walk to hear a message, so we need to bring the message to them. It does not matter how many there are, 10, 20, 30, 50, 100 or more, as long as there are people to hear the message and bring the coming of the Lord closer to them. The Lord would have died for just you alone, yes, only you, only one person.
We have to stop thinking that a crusade is unsuccessful
because the number of baptisms was too low. Who are we to think that! The Lord
and all Heaven celebrate and sing praises to God when one person gives their
heart to the Lord.
"I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that
repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no
repentance." Luke 15:7 Shouldn't we do the same! How much is one
soul worth on the open market today! To God it is worth the life of Jesus
Christ, yesterday, today and tomorrow. So you see, I do not keep records, I just
go and preach and praise the Lord for His love and grace in my life and hope
that I will continue to be useful to Him.
I have not received any funds for the Crusades as of yet, but I know that the Lord is going to provide them in time for His work to be done. If you dear reader would think about what you could do to get the Gospel into these small poor towns and cities of the Islands of the Philippines, these people would hear the Word much sooner than later. I am going to be found faithful to preach the Word of God to those who need it as the Holy Spirit directs me. Just you be faithful to Jesus also. You know that God has given us promises. I have listed some below. Please help us to reach the masses of the Philippine people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Thank You! - Perry

Promises:
Luke 6:37-38
37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be
condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and
shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with
the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
Revelation 22:10-14
10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for
the time is at hand.
11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him
be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he
that is holy, let him be holy still.
12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man
according as his work shall be.
13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the
tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
James 4:13-5:8
13 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and
continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is
even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or
that.
16 But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.
17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is
sin.
Chapter5:1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall
come upon you.
2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness
against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure
together for the last days.
4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is
of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are
entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished
your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the
husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience
for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord
draweth nigh.
John 14:6
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh
unto the Father, but by me. (Jesus)
John 3:16-21
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the
world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is
condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten
Son of God.
19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men
loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light,
lest his deeds should be reproved.
21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made
manifest, that they are wrought in God.
